Refund and Return Policy

Under what circumstances are returns accepted and refunds offered?

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A receipt is required for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Refunds are issued and will be processed when the original product is returned in its original condition, with original packaging, and receipt within 14 days of its purchase.

How to request a return/refund

Contact Novatrack at contact@novatrack.com.my to request a return.

In your email include:

  • The reason for the return request
  • Original receipt
  • Order number
  • Photos of the defective product

Customer service will get back to you within 24 hours to either begin processing your return or let you know why your return couldn't be accepted. 

Shipping

Novatrack does not cover return shipping costs. If your return is accepted the purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping to Novatrack Sdn. Bhd..

When you can expect your refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, at this time your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Expect your refund to appear in your account within 5-7 days. If you haven't received your refund please contact your bank.
